Chair
Chief Climate Officer, DLR Group
Prem Sundharam, AIA, CEM, is the Chief Climate Officer of DLR Group and a nationally recognized leader in sustainability. He directs the global integrated design firm’s climate action, high-performance design, and energy services. A Certified Energy Manager and passionate Architecture 2030 advocate with 20 years of experience, Prem creates innovative, transformative solutions through a holistic approach to sustainability and integrated thinking.
Secretary
President & CEO, Latino Hotel Association
For over three decades, Lynette Montoya has shaped America’s hospitality landscape as a hotel broker and industry leader. As Latino Hotel Association’s President and CEO for eleven years, she championed Latino hotel investment and development entrepreneurship and founded Santa Fe’s Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She serves on Architecture 2030’s board addressing climate change through sustainable design and, as Santa Fe’s economic development director, spearheaded the convention center building project.

Pauline Souza, AIA, LEED Fellow, has led numerous projects with a passion for health, inclusivity and beauty. With four decades of experience, she has dedicated her career to the building and advocacy of sustainable environments that serve our communities. She believes collaborative leadership and shared strategies are essential for driving collective change.

Founding Principal, Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects
William Leddy, FAIA, LEED AP, believes that architecture has an important role to play in leading our communities toward a just, carbon-neutral future for all. For over 30 years Leddy has been a national leader in the design of regenerative architecture that celebrates our place in the natural world.
Director – Liaison to Senior Fellows
Strategic Partnerships & Insights, Kompas VC
Victoria Burrows is a global leader in decarbonising the built environment, formerly leading the pioneering Advancing Net Zero programme at the World Green Building Council. Now at KOMPAS VC, she drives impactful industry partnerships and the adoption of climate-tech innovation. With a background in architecture and environmental design, she champions systemic solutions to accelerate the sector’s transition to a zero-carbon future.

Chief Sustainability Officer Emeritus and Partner, HKS
Rand Ekman, FAIA, LEED Fellow, has a passion both for projects and for driving broad-based, measurable change in practice. Rand’s most recent professional role was Partner and Chief Sustainability Officer at HKS where he formed HKS’ approach to Environmental, Social & Governance bringing together firmwide leadership advancing sustainability, public interest design, and social equity, diversity, and inclusion.
2026 Senior Fellow on Operational Carbon
We’d also like to recognize Jesse Walton, Associate Principal at Mahlum, as our upcoming 2026 Senior Fellow on Operational Carbon. Jesse was the 2025 Chair of the AIA 2030 Commitment Working Group and will support Architecture 2030 on our 2030 Beyond the Numbers initiative and other operational carbon strategic initiatives over the coming year.
